Pew study: More Americans reject religion, but believers firm in faith
This seems about right when I think about people I came across in my lifetime. Most people claiming to be Christian or religious in some fashion have stayed true to their beliefs. Of course I had many friends who departed and even ridiculed Christ, but some of these people turned back to Lord and repented for their transgressions.

It is almost the opposite for me. Most people I went to school with are now Atheists and even Islam. It's nice to have an open mind about faith, but it's sad to see people I care about depart from their Christian faith.
