Yes. God created Adam (the first living human) and Eve on the sixth day in all of history when heaven and earth were first created. Genesis 1:1, 26-27, 31, 1 Corinthians 15:45, 1 Timothy 2:13
Was Adam the first living person to be created by God?
No. Genesis 4 indicates that Cain and Abel were born after Adam and Eve sinned. Also consider that childbirth was not given to women until after Adam and Eve had committed sin.
Were Cain and Abel born before Adam and Eve first sinned?
The Bible tells us that Adam and Eve were the first man and woman and Cain was their first son. Cain's wife must have been one of the daughters from Adam and Eve. This seems strange, but when the human race started, incest was under God's control and guidance. Genesis 5:4 tells us that "after Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters." It reads as though there were several brother and sister couples. It wasn't the same following the flood, as the Bible tells us that there were eight in total who were saved in the ark, or four couples. They consisted of Noah and his wife, and their three sons, who were related, however, the wives of the sons were not. Therefore, the son's children would have been cousins and marriage between them was not considered to be incest. At the time of God giving the law to Moses, the practice of incest, as well as some other close relationships, were stated to be wrong (Deuteronomy 27:22) since there was now a sufficient number of people for procreation of this nature to be avoided.
