Please consider the following questions about health and fitness:

Should we care about fitness in the first place?

I believe everyone should exercise to help our daily tasks and workloads feel easier and more rewarding. Not only do I feel great during the day, but staying in shape helps me to sleep better at night.

Does eating healthy help you become a better person?

I do not believe it makes me a better person than someone else, however, eating healthy helps me to feel and perform at my highest capacity.

Does exercise affect your relationship with God?

Fitness has certainly improved my relationship with God. Exercise helps me feel better in so many ways, and that improves the way my mind interacts with my spirit. I tend to pray more often and spend more time in Bible study when I am in shape.
